Monday, 1/9
Big Idea: How is function notation used to express facts & questions about a situation? (continued from Friday)

Explore Problems: page 329: #2, 4 and 3 (do in that order)
Homework #1 - Worksheet (do Monday's problems only)

Warm-Up - find y when x is 4
Toolkit Entry - what is a function?  (Get notes from a group member or friend when you return)

Friday, 1/13
Re-cap yesterday's thinking... what patterns could you use between the graphs (especially the zeros on the graph) to write an equation of a quadratic function
Class Problems - finish the worksheet from yesterday AND try the challenge problems (on the board)
No homework over the weekend!  Have a great 3-day break!
